David Brown has served as the CEO or Chairman of several financial services companies including regulated and publicly listed entities. Prior to 1993 he was a partner with Ernst & Young.  David is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Bermuda.
